I have been doing 2 years lease for 30 years so what's the problem?

I was looking for answer to my question regarding harassment?

Ordinary civil letters seeking payment for legitimate debts are not harassment. Also probably not terribly useful after the first one. Take care of your property then off to see Judge Judy You have just acquired a brand new hobby of getting a judgment and then trying to collect on it.

Ignore the comment about 'not doing 2 year leases'. If they work for you, then continue on.
