she is trying to make her scare. I would take her to court, so she leanrs a lesson. what ever the judge grant you if she does not pay you can go to collection and her credit will be ruin.
I did that several times, I think 4 times and eventually I collected from 2 tenants when they want it to clean their credit report.
I put it in a collection agency, collection agency took 30% but it is worthy!

i do not reporte it, the collection agency does
