I don't think you need our advice to talk to her. You guys agrees on November, so try to reach a new agreement. She didn't pay rent before because she didn't have a full time job. Now she does, so try to reach a new agreement.

Her having a full time job will make it easier for her to move on since whe will be in a better place.

Just keep the conversation as cordial as possible and try to work things out. You can try to evict her from the unit, but you will be in for some severe blow-back...and it will be so much worse since youa re living WITH her at the time.

I suggest not going that route unless she does not leave when she says she will or if she does something bad towards you. If either of those things does happen, at least you ahve cause to take action.
