Yes,there is a problem,
as an "End User" of confidential consumer reports, you are not allowed to share the reports with anyone else, not even the applicants,, hence Adverse Action Letter IF denied for credit reasons. Your sign-up agreement states this.
You don't want to violate credit bureau policies or FCRA laws.

Denial Letter if reasons other than credit.
Simple as that.

I used Quick Check to run a summary of their credit - did not pull reports from the big three agencies. LPA also provides an addendum to the summary to further explain the results.

I denied their application for "Other" reasons in the Denial Letter - not due to credit.
