Dog poo by ED (NV) on July 26, 2016 @13:56

The same tenant with the problems of repairs.
A neighbor gave me a call because the tenant who has 3 dogs leave all the back yard full of dog poo and they never clean it, she said with the heat start to smell really bad and and bring a lot of fly's. She thought she could complain to the health department but first she wanted to let me know if I could do anything .
Please I need advice what can I do?

you seem to be of the opinion that it's someone else's job to handle your tenant problems! GOYA and see what the neighbor is complaining about and then instruct your tenant to clean up within the day are face getting rid of the dogs. If tenant fails to comply, then you need to issue a lease violation and be p repaired to start eviction proceedings against the tenant for non compliance.

When was the last time you inspected your property? It seems that either the neighbors or maintenance people have a better understanding of the condition your property is in! Quit being a bad landlord and do your job!!! Give the problem solved so your neighbors do not have to call the health department on you...
