So are you prepared to have the health department fine you. Just because the T pays rent on timem but ignores the common rules that most pet owners would expect to do. Like cleaning up their dog's waste. Get ready to have to deal with flea infestation on the property and inside the unit as well.

Rules are in place for everyone involved. Allowing the T to break the rules to keep Them there. Will cost you in the end when they leave.
