So someone you spent maybe 1-2 hours on, checking out their backgrounds, and picked them as your next tenant, is not worthy of you giving them a couple calls or texts to see why they did not meet with you to rent the place. Its not like it happens every day of the week. I agree that most no-shows probably do not want either your place, or you as a LL. But remember, YOU chose that particular T , out of maybe several others. So YOU saw some good in them, or you wouldn't have called them. To just cross them off, just because you don't want to take 5 minutes of you time, to at least try to get a-hold of them, is dumb on your part. Now you have to either go back to the next T that you checked out, and offer them the place, or you have to start advertising all over again.

No they aren't worth it. They've already shown they have no respect for other people's time or effort.
