The problem with Zillow is it makes it too easy for them to respond to the ad with one click of a button. I get way more than 5 a day from Zillow and when I do an online search on the T's name there's often an eviction or felony. They reply to every new housing ad that appears because no one will rent to them.

I prefer CL even though it has it's own problems.

OK! Well, that explains why they're not reading the ads! Thank you very much! I haven't gotten one good prospect from zillow so far.

No problem. Another issue is that Zillow has fields where the tenant can enter their credit score, pets, etc. -- which is a good idea -- but it also allows them to leave those fields blank, which most of them do.
