Even lawyers need a place to live. What kind of lawyer are they? Someone's profession alone does not make them a problem. If a lawyer acts inappropriately during or after tenancy, they have far more to lose than you do.

Being a landlord is all about knowing the laws that apply to you and your tenants. Handle things professionally and by the book and you have nothing to worry about.

Anyone can sue anyone for anything. The only difference between a lawyer and a regular tenant is that the lawyer won't have to hire a lawyer.
