Your comment about the "no good property manager" is ridiculous and obviously comes from someone that is ignorant and low class. Why is it the property managers fault because the tenant tore up the house? Try getting someone evicted that is paying their rent and is just a complete slob. It is not easy. A tenant has a contractual responsibility to maintain the house and the property manager can only do so much. Many tenant neglect the property or even damage it on purpose when asked to move or when evicted. Only the people living in the house can control what goes on in it on a daily basis. It doesn't take long for someone to completely demolish someone else's property.
