Hi, I realize this is an older message thread but hopefully someone can help! Just went to show my house to a prospective new tenant and I saw that the previous tenant has had directv installed, and not only have they put screw about every 8" to secure the cable, they ran it directly through the front of the house and did a shitty job of sealing it up. The house is wooden, with vinyl siding so now it looks just great. We have pretty harsh winters, these holes are not acceptable. It states in the lease that NO improvements will be made to the house. Is this considered an "improvement" she did not ask permission to do this and directv did not contact me for it. Who is liable for repairs?
