I agree, the answer is no. If you had identified a lease violation during the course of the lease agreement you could have issued a lease violation notice and pursued requiring the tenant to cure the violation or face lease violation fees. At this point in time, there is no lease violation because they are out, so I think you're out of luck.
I am sure I could come up with some creative ideas of how to make an argument that you incurred costs above and beyond what the lease agreement states for the added occupant, but I also don't think any judge would even listen.
