Realtor Violating Anti-Discrimination Laws

I posted a couple of weeks ago regarding an unethical realtor whom I retained to rent my apartment, which is on the other side of the duplex in which I reside. He pressured me to rent to two sisters without any application or credit report, so I let him go.
I had another realtor stop by tonight who was recommended by someone. Since I live in the other unit, I am not required by law to rent to people with children, although I would prefer not to have them. This agent actually said she wanted to write an ad for the unit that specifically said "owner-occupied, no children." I was absolutely astonished and told her that was a blatant violation of Mass. law and that she would be setting me up for a lawsuit, but she didn't listen, and now I don't want tow work with her either. I can't believe I'm having such a hard time with these people.

I would stop with the realtors to find tenants. They won't be managing the property and dealing with the tenant after the tenant is placed. They have don't have the incentive to do the type of heavy screening and number of showings a landlord would do herself.
