Pardon, but I am NOT a troll. I am having a very difficult time trying to find a decent real estate agent. I have had some in the past who were very good (no longer in the business), but now I have run into 3 jerks in a row and am beginning to think this business is full of sharks. Sorry you don't believe me, but it's true, and I am at my wits end and have far better things to do with my life than make troll posts. The thought of incurring a lawsuit due to blatantly discriminatory language in a rental ad terrifies me, and I can't believe an agent would be so stupid/ignorant to do such a thing.

I still think you should try doing this yourself, unless you are really strapped for time. If you don't understand an item on a credit report you can always post here and someone can try to help you. Also, you can find examples on the web of what the different codes and abbreviations on the report mean.

If you still insist on using a realtor don't take any more recommendations from your friends, since you've gotten two bad ones in a row now.

Gee? Having trouble with three realtors in a row! Friends keep referring unethical realtors? What are the odds? Maybe you are the problem? Just saying. Hey, it might be some right wing conspiracy?

Like someone else mention. I would just take the time to learn how to manage on my own. Why get in trouble based off someone else. If you get in trouble may as well be on your own. Lots of online resources addressing your state laws ect. Just my recommendation
