Her friend giving the references is the problem. Twice she has described very unprofessional behavior by the real estate agents.

There is no need to post any response as I did not ask you any questions or ask for your opinion about the OP.
You do not need to answer every post, especially with inaccurate information. The OP stated that "another realtor stop by tonight who was recommended by someone" meaning another person or possibly a different friend.
Just post your opinion and quit trying to correct everyone else! You believe what you want to believe and I will just stick to the facts.
