I've never used it. From what I've read, tenants "submit a credit score" and some other information and then bid on apartments.

If that is how it actually works, I can see some problems. Bad tenants with evictions and other problems are known to seek out overpriced rentals because they think they will have less competition to get the place. If rentberry is not doing a thorough background check on these tenants before they bid, you could end up with all duds as your highest bidders.

Also it says "tenant submits a credit score". But tenants lie about credit score and other things.
