For once I agree with Mr. Dan on something.

It's one thing to make bids on a TV or toaster oven. I don't see how it will work for something like a tenancy.

The rentberry business model seems designed to attract desperate tenants and landlords who only care about $$$$.

How could you not agree. Basic facts about the company's plan, enough information for anyone reading it to come to understand and reach their own conclusion. A brief outline of potential issues. Not like you, who tries to prove everybody wrong with unfounded rantings! Landlords here have learned more from Mr. Dan's post then from any of yours.
