I can't believe you actually asked the question of : can you charge more rent when their baby is born !!?? H-LL NO YOU CAN'T !!! Do you want to be brought up on charges of discrimination against families with children ?? You need to get ahold of a civil rights person IMMEDIATELY and read about discrimination laws in this country. And, yes, you can write a letter to Sec 8 telling them you no longer want to be on their program as of a certain date (probably 60 days out).
