I just so surprised she could lie like that? I have my receipts for the part and ifixed on same day sept 15 she claiming no heat at the end of the month and beginning of October. So I hope the judge see's this lie.

Even if she WAS without heat during that time frame, it was not cold enough in NY to be a health problem. Did she have to move out and find temp. housing back then? I doubt it. If she wanted to complain to you about no heat, she should have done it back in Oct. and ask for reduced rent then. A judge will see it as retaliation for you taking her to court now. Judges don't like either Ts OR LLs bringing thing up that happened a long time ago that should have been dealt with then, not now.

You are just trying to badger G. There really is no need for that kind of thing.
The OP specifically stated just above G's reply that the situation with the heat occurred in September. He oviously misquoted the number of months initially.
