Nope....sorry, I don't know where you live...but in most towns in Massachusetts and New York, the disturbing the peace ordinances do not begin until midnight and go till dawn. During the summer this can be as short of just 5 hours with the dawn at 5am.

That's nice. I don't live in MA or NY, and neither does the OP. Nighttime hours in my city are 9:00pm-7:00am on weekdays, and 9:00pm-9:00am on weekends. It is unlawful for persons to emit noise beyond the property lines in excess of certain noise levels. My point, Katie, wasn't to debate the exact noise ordinance times of our different cities, it was for the OP to be aware of what those are in his/her city and to continue communicating with the owner of the property who has the noisy tenants.

Since you didn't state where you do live....the qualifier is perfectly appropriate.
