I am amazed.

I have property in New York and Florida. At one point I also have properties in Massachusetts , W. Virginia, and N. Carolina. Never lived in any of them. And obviously didn't live in all the states at the same time.

No insurance company ever refused to insure them.

I wouldn't hire a property management company even if they paid me.

I have had local guys that worked directly for me...they would oversee the places, but I managed them, I made all the decisions, etc.
