Gary, while your opinion is often fairly good. This landlord was asking about the LAW. Really, your opinion in this matter was factual misleading,

If you came here hoping to get the actual facts from this forum..I think you would be upset if someone was dropping g factual incorrect information on you.

I try to stick to the facts. When I do not know, I simply don't reply.

Opinions are great...but only with the op is asking for an opinion...not the facts.
