Oh, I see you have posted here before seeking this info.
When you go back to court clerk, ask there if they have process servers that also handle garnishments.
I doubt the sheriff will do this. It is a civil issue .. Sheriffs are involved with criminal issues.
Look for process servers...they are often the same business that will take on this too. That is, provided you bring them all the info. They do not do "skip trace". So you need to have all the info ready for them.

Katiekate... yes I guess I did ask this before, I was so happy just to post that I won!! That I forgot! (old age does things like this). I was in small claim court .
