tenants rights invoving eviction by skidgel82 (maine) on October 14, 2016 @19:10

we owened a trailer in a park, long story short city bought it begining of the month and during this time we were going throgh a eviction over no nonsence notice's. anyways we went to court on the 20th of september.they found out city bought our trailer and case was dismissed without prejudice. a few days later we get a piece of paper from new owner going ahead with the eviction because he had no other option.(coporate told him it was us or he had to remove all 11 trailers he just bought there.)he wrote on that paper that we had to be out by the 22nd of October. SOOOO my question being:can he "legaly"write us up a piece of paper of eviction,or does he have to go through the courts?and do we need to be out by the 22nd?

An eviction is through the courts, but if he has everything on the paper that the court needs, the paper can be used in the court process of eviction.
The rules are different for trailer parks, because you are renting the pad and property.
