It does not matter. It can be any size or breed of cat or dog. It can also be a bird or reptile, or a fish, a miniture horse, a goat, or pot-bellied pig. HOWEVER, whatever a T brings in, it must be friendly to everyone, it cannot be a nuisance to neighbors (no extra barking), and it cannot cause damage to any part of the property ( doing its job on the carpet, or digging in the yard--- The LL must clean up after their ESA on a regular basis.).
