sure, tow their cars and face an ugly lawsuit. you have to go thru eviction process, not self help!

I don't come to this site that often because people are so defensive. I thought this was a place to get help.
If they are there illegally their cars are too.

I had a tenant I evicted. On the last day, she gave a key to a guy with a pitbull dog. The neighbor informed me of the guy coming and going into the house. And at times leaving the dog inside. So I called the sheriff explaining I just had a court hearing and explained that the woman was suppose to be moving out, on that Monday morning as the court gave her the weekend to move. Well The cops got to the house before me. And the guy opened the door and let the cops in the house The house was filthy and the cops went to the area that the guy was sleeping and found some drug items enough to arrest him on. Lucky for me he was arrested and I changed the locks on the door.
In reality the guy could have refused to let the cops in. The search for drugs bordered on almost illegal except for the fact he allowed the cops in. The woman was one of the worst T I have had and knew how to play the system very well. You might need legal representation if a 3 day notice don’t work for you. Good luck.
