Well Anonymous, I wanted you to have a chance to respond to the poster. And I see you do your normal attack, rather than give an answer to the original posters question.
With the OP question. it was more of how would I go about informing a long time friend, that they needed to move out. I see nothing in the question, asking me to give legal references as to the law.
Perhaps you could do that, rather than answer the post under a hidden identity. And not even respond to the O P question. If the O Poster wants a legal answer then I would advices she/he talks to a lawyer in their state.
My opinion about this Landlord site. Is your getting tidbits of information that may be legal or not And it can give you some ideas in what may work in someone case. If you take any of this information from the Q&A forum, and assume without researching the information in your own state. Then you deserve what you get in a court setting.
