my question is, I am moving out via landlords request with no eviction I tried giving him a check for rent to cover until I moved out and he refused my money, so i noted that and asked him if he was refusing my money and he said yes mind you this was the beginning of the month it's now the 24- I started moving my things out early because he would not stop harassing me. I started on the 22 everything was ok until the 23 when I went to get my washer and dryer out he looked the door telling me I can get my washer and dryer out, so I called the cops they came out land Lord wanted a walk through mind mind you I'm in the middle of moving out and he's going off about the mess and still tells me I can't get them out the cops said they can't do anything about it the only thing I can do it go to Court about it

Since you refused to pay he rent when due, this LL is apparently evicting you by the books legally. You started out saying your question is, but there is no question in your post. A question is denoted by a question mark "?", but there is none in your post.
