Look on the right side of the screen in "Other Areas". You'll see links for Free Forms and Essential Forms.

I sent the form to the tenant with a date and time for inspection and he did not answer

Post 48 hour notice on the door. If the T dose not respond for a different time frame. Then go at the time set on the notice. Knock on the door before entry. If no answer go in and do inspection. Take someone with you as a witness. As a landlord you have rights to inspect your property with proper notice.

the inspection will be carry by a Proper inspector. It will cost me $120. I do not have the key . so I do want to avoind to go there and not be able to enter and still I have to pay Inspectpr
