Obviously, he's been there 30 days but is planning on staying. You can give him an application and if he qualifies, a rental agreement.

THEN Give him a 3 day eviction notice and attach the LPA form that outlines how thoroughly an eviction will screw up credit.

Then HIRE an attorney. Not a paralegal. Do not try this on your own.

*Many tenants think the can will their house/ apartment to a friend, as if it "belongs" to them.
