Re: Not sure how to evict former tenants son - Landlord Forum thread 349495

It is the Dad you will file eviction on.

Tell him...the holdover is HIM..not son. Son is and was just part of the family. It is up to DAD to vacate himself AND his family on time.

Advise dad...the eviction will be on his record...not son.
HE needs to vacate completely and leave the place empty for your next renters.

I would post the warning, mail the warning, and call Dad too.

You will need to name ALL occupants plus John and by Anonymous on December 1, 2016 @12:12 [ Reply ]
Otherwise, when you go to court, Sonny Boy can show up and say he wasn't named on the UD.Then you have to name and have him served and wait another 30 days for a court date.
Name everyone.
