Only after you get a judgement against the tenant...then MAYBE a collection ion agency will take it.

But, first, they want to have YOU get the information on them...new address..employer, etc. then, maybe they will take it for pennies on the dollar. After they pay themselves for their time and employees. So, maybe you never get anything, Some agencies require YOU to pay them up front to collect. Probably you never get either a payment on the judgement or your money back.

If you do not do all the leg work...then, they probably will not take it at all. Most agencies know that chasing a dead beat tenant is a waste of time and money and they will not bother unless you are paying them.
