I disagree, this is very poor advice. The landlord should take action to either remove the tenant or reach an agreement with the tenant to move. Waiting does nothing but reinforce that tenant is in charge over the landlord. The tenant violated the lease and waiting two weeks to a month is just plain stupid in my opinion. Giving such advice just shows a lack of professional experience.
