Emotional support animals question

I have a tenant who has a lease with me who's adult daughter has posed a question to get an emotional support dog and states she is qualified for an ESA . Her parents have signed the lease which states no dogs and has listed her name on the lease as a resident as well. I have allowed her parents two cats on the premises already. Am I obligated to allow a dog now too?
I'm new to hearing about this and guidence in this matter is appreciated. They are great tenants and have been with me for 6 years but I had an old tenants dog really do some damage to apt previously and I just have a sour taste in dogs in the apt. Can I ask why the cats are not considered the support needed?

You can ask for a letter from a licensed professional doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, etc, that says the person needs a ESA. If the letter is real, then you must allow the ESA in the home, and you cannot charge a extra deposit for the ESA. HOWEVER, that ESA must be friendly to all people, and cannot disturb neighbors with barking. The tenants must keep ALL the premises clean of dog doodoo, keep the dog updated with all required shots, and maintain control over the dog at all times. And just because you had one bad experience with one dog, does not mean ALL dogs are bad.
