post judgement possession question - Landlord Forum thread 350737

post judgement possession question by anonymous (Pennsylvania) on February 20, 2017 @18:29

Received judgement for non payment of rent at Magistrate. Tenants given the PA one time stay and pay. I have received a partial payment but not the entire judgement amount. Does accepting the partial payment negate my ability at the 11th day to file for poessesion if they have not completely paid. I believe it does not since tenant did not pay the entire judgement amount but would like some advice on this as I do not want to have to start the entire process again. I am in pittsburgh Pa. Thank you

I came back here to warn people that legal advice I got on this board like 4 months ago was way way wrong. This is a place for opinion not solid legal advice. This situation is too important for you to go on some half-assed amature internet board. Ask a real lawyer who practices locally and specializes in real estate.
