I came back here to warn people that legal advice I got on this board like 4 months ago was way way wrong. This is a place for opinion not solid legal advice. This situation is too important for you to go on some half-assed amature internet board. Ask a real lawyer who practices locally and specializes in real estate.

Why did you think 4 months ago you would be given good free legal advice? Most folks on here are LL who fumble along. Sometimes what they do in a given situation get them out a legal jam. And they share that information.

I wasn't looking for free legal advice I was looking for opinion. Their opinions were very wrong. You're looking for similar info to what I was seeking so I was just mentioning it.
