Why did you think 4 months ago you would be given good free legal advice? Most folks on here are LL who fumble along. Sometimes what they do in a given situation get them out a legal jam. And they share that information.

I wasn't looking for free legal advice I was looking for opinion. Their opinions were very wrong. You're looking for similar info to what I was seeking so I was just mentioning it.

I am the anonymous that intially posted the question. Holy Cow people please do not use my posting for your arguments/opinions. I post to ask questions and get valuable experienced LLs advice!

Look at the responses from other PA landlords. There are several here who know their stuff.
