yawn...with such a poor attitude toward your tenant...bad business practices... why would anyone provide advice? You are a bad reflection on landlords trying to do their best as landlords who have respect towards their tenants.

Ok look! A disgruntled tenant, lol! It is interresting how you're so quick to jump to conclusions of landlords though.. Fyi, I am both a landlord as well as a tenant and I've never seen and heard tenants act the way these do. But let me know if you have anything to add as far as my question goes..thanks!
