Yes. I do and did exactly what you mentioned.
My realtor tried to request me to go to an agent office to just look at the full version of credit reports and block my right of having a copy.
My realtor also mentioned I as a landlord is not entitled to have the full version of the tenant credit reports due to privacy.
My realtor also ....
I have explained to my realtor that the accurate and authority of the summary credit report generated by a real estate property management company can NOT be validated. A real estate property management company does not function any position like credit bureaus.
I notice I spent time to manage my realtor. This is part of landlord's life :-(

Thats pretty much how it goeswith the realtor crowd..good luck to ya! But if you have to end up evcting over it, guess who's shoulders that lies on? Yup, yours. But I'm sure they'll give you a referral to the local eviction lawyer.
