KatieKate is correct. If you want to have a copy of the report, you need to individually, as a part of running the business of being a landlord, get approval/inspection to do so. I got lucky, I joined before all the inspection stuff happened, but from most people I hear that you need to show you have a need for the reports and keep them locked and safe from unnecessary disclosure, i.e. privacy. This generally consists of a locked file cabinet and limited access.

Why cant op just view the reports in office and not have to keep/file them? And if not, what is the point of having a prop manager if they have all the info, but non of the responsibility?
