I store the tenant credit reports, application and related documents in removable electronic storage.

There is a provision to allow the landlord to review the tenant credits during the renew rental lease process in the rental lease.

I have no problem to show myself as a landlord and glad to do so.

If the realtor keeps doing the things like this, I have no problem to scan the tenant credit report on my own as a landlord and request $50 application fee (not refundable) paid for this reports b/c the realtor cannot fulfill the work for the landlord.

I have a full-time job and do need the realtor's help to open the door to show the property.

I prefer to have the report so that I know the
