He paid his rent; hopefully you can flip it quickly.
I know what the lease says but some people can't follow thru with written responses.
If he was estranged from his wife, he probably is short on money and can't afford his place and whatever he spends on his place.

I never write leases. It doesn't protect me one bit. People do what they are goingvto do.
