I have a judgement on a tenant that I won in 2013. The tenant did not pay and moved out of state. Transferred judgement to that state. Now tenant sold their house and moved to another state. I put 12% Interest on the Writ of Fieri Facias. Do I charge interest monthly since 2013 or yearly?

Where did you get that 12% interest from? Post judgement is 0.25% PA beginning 2013. If judgment exceeds $15K you can add 2%.
