Just where do you get your FACTS? It appears they are just made up!

There are some places that allow a tenant to add another without the landlords permission. Another point is if the lease included an enforceable guest policy or if there was one to start with. A landlord should be charging rent based on the rental itself and not per-person to avoid any likelihood of discrimination. Rent and security deposits should be based on the local rental market and not some based on some ignorant advice or opinion.
