No, the courts have stated that tenants are allowed guest and visitors no matter what the lease states. The landlord can only limit excess visitation or guess if there is a valid reason to do so.

I'm a LL in WI and my lease says a guest is allowed for up to 14 days in a lease year. A tenant had 2 guests in excess of 14 days (they were living with him), one of them was interfering with my other tenants parking area, so I had served the offending tenant with a 5 day notice, for the unauthorized parking and I served both his guests with No Trespass Orders. And I will not be renewing his lease. Problem solved!

And the 5 day also was for the violation of the guest time period.
