I am truly sorry for the misfortunes that life has dealt you. I believe you are genuinely a caring and optimistic person, but due to circumstances, have "given up" in life.

Having end-stage renal disease does not preclude you from obtaining work. Even if you are tethered to a tri-weekly regimen of dialysis treatment, you are still able to "work." Believe me, if your mental capacity is still there, and you are able to transport yourself from point A to point B, you are able to "work."
