Yes...a lot of the issues would be solved if everyone had to create a nick and use it.

Anon posts are often cyber bullying. If people had to create a rep and then live with it...well, having to put yourself on your posts would make a difference.

As for the the feuding here, I try to ignore it. But, when it gets bad, I just go away for a while. There are others that have gone away for good. Wish the Mod would take action to stop it.

I agree with P-Bone and KatieKate. I've been coming to this forum for a little over 10 years and I've seen people come and go. I gave up on the forum for a long time when we had a string of people on here causing trouble. We lost a lot of really good posters at one stage when they got fed up with the nonsense. I don't always agree with everything posted on here. I chuckle to myself at the naivety of some posters but to demean, belittle and abuse is not the purpose of this forum. People, be they landlords or tenants, come to ask advice and to seek guidance. Thanks, Steve, for trying to keep the inmates from running the asylum.
