Are you collecting money to do credit checks? If your not running a credit report on the T then and just pocketing the money you are in the wrong.
I list on my ad the minimal qualifications are to be a t. They pay 5 bucks for me to run a local court and reference check, that I can do, or anyone with a computer could do. based from the names. If anything comes back that is on my list of qualifications to be a T of mine. Then I tell them if they inquire as I let them know up front it takes 3 days to check this information. Some never call and ask. If they pass and they are still interested. Then they fill out a similar application, and then T pays the 50 dollars to do a nationwide check. It still will need to pass my list of min requirements for the house.
