Magistrate throw out eviction case due to attached Option to buy Addendum on the lease that had expired over a year ago. He stated that it was a district court matter. Tenant has severely damaged the home and owns back rent. The damage was valued less 4000 dollars. Tenant continues to live there causing additional damages. Tenant threaten to throw LL to prison when question and order LL to apologist otherwise LL is going get locked up. I am very upset spend all this money for court proceeding and now got to wait month and half for district retrial ? LL had spoken to Head Magistrate he stated that the Magistrate had "Judgement of Error" and stated to forward an appeal another $150.00 dollars with a longer wait time for district court to here the Appeal. Please LL advise NO LL/Tenants in this township thank NC

Your post is very confusing...
"Tenant threaten to throw LL to prison". Huh? Tenant cannot throw anyone anywhere. What does that mean? "..... and order LL to apologist otherwise LL is going get locked up". Again...that sentenance makes no sense. Tenant cannot lock up anyone. Further tenant cannot "order" anyone.
Lastly..."NO LL/Tenants in this township thank NC". I cannot parse that at all.
So..start over. Write this out in sentences. With periods between.
Skip the abbreviations.... some of them do not make sense...and I thought I knew most of them.
Start over. One sentenance at a time. Explain in clear terms what you are asking.
