First, accept the fact that the LL is taking YOU to the cleaners, and don't expect any of your deposit back. Then about 2-3 months after you have gotten your deposit statement from the LL, file in small claims court against the LL for the return of your entire security deposit back. Be sure to have all docs/receipts pertaining to your move out, and pics of the CLEAN apartment. Sometimes you must fight for your rights, and the way to do that is in the court system.
